Direct answer

First confirm the off-airport handoff address. Then choose an airport transportation option—such as taxi, ride share, bus, or another approved arrangement—that actually serves that address. Do not assume the airport rental-car shuttle goes to the local provider.

What to know first

  • Destination address comes before transportation choice.
  • Ride-share pickup differs by terminal.
  • A delivery address may reduce one transfer but still requires confirmation.
01

Identify the destination

An off-airport rental is not one universal location. Save the pickup address from the approved confirmation. If Elite Drive approved delivery, the destination may instead be the hotel, residence, business, or other eligible address you supplied.

Do not put an airport facility into a map simply because the trip began at LAS.

02

Choose the airport exit path

LAS lists taxis, ride share, buses, shuttles, and other ground transportation. For ride share, Terminal 1 pickup is on Level 2 of the parking garage; Terminal 3 pickup is on the Valet level. Follow current airport signs because operations can change.

Compare party size, baggage, accessibility, time, and cost. Elite Drive is responsible for the confirmed rental handoff; a third-party transportation provider controls its own service.

03

Protect the meeting time

Leave a reasonable cushion for getting off the aircraft, baggage claim, terminal navigation, and the ride. Share relevant arrival notes, but do not send unnecessary personal or flight information.

If the schedule slips, contact Elite Drive and wait for an updated confirmation. The vehicle and staff may have other commitments.
