Before the flight

Submit the rental request early enough to receive a complete confirmation. Save the pickup or delivery address, time, contact method, final rental price, payment instructions, and return plan somewhere accessible after landing.

If the flight changes, contact Elite Drive using the approved channel. A flight-delay notice does not automatically move the handoff time; wait for confirmation.

After baggage claim

LAS offers taxis, ride share, public buses, and other transportation choices. Pick the option that fits the actual handoff address and your party. The official airport page identifies designated ride-share pickup areas: Terminal 1 uses Level 2 of the parking garage, while Terminal 3 uses the Valet level.

Airport rental-car shuttles are intended for the Rent-A-Car Center. Do not board one for an Elite Drive handoff unless your specific confirmation directs you there.

At the vehicle handoff

Present the approved renter’s valid driver’s license and complete payment and agreement steps. Elite Drive accepts cash and debit cards, but follow the payment instructions in the confirmation.

Inspect the vehicle, confirm fuel and mileage records, save support contact information, and repeat the return time and place before leaving.
