Do not make the flight and car one fragile timeline

Baggage, terminal movement, and ground transportation can add uncertainty after landing. Give Elite Drive accurate arrival information in the notes, but rely on the separately confirmed vehicle handoff rather than assuming a car waits at the terminal.

Elite Drive does not currently publish a terminal pickup promise. If you want delivery, provide the actual eligible address and confirm the location, time, and fee before travel.

Carry the right amount, not a guess

Starting rates are helpful for planning but are not the final total. Ask for the approved rental charge, the standard $200 deposit, and any delivery fee as separate items. Confirm whether the deposit uses the same payment method as the rental.

When paying cash, obtain a receipt and retain it with the agreement. Keep some trip budget separate for fuel and ordinary travel expenses.

A good visitor rental has a clear return address and time. Leave room before a departing flight and ask what to do if the airline schedule changes.

Mileage is vehicle-specific, and leaving Nevada requires prior written authorization. Discuss side trips during approval instead of discovering a conflict after pickup.
